Property was convenient, with exceptional staff and stunning location to the main attractions outside Quito. Location: the hotel was very close to other popular sights and restaurant and nice view and the square on Quayquil Street...

Had a fantastic stay at a well-positioned and safe accommodation in Quito. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing walking directions and suggestions for a great guide. The hotel is located in the heart of the colonial center, with amazing views of the Santo Domingo Church and plaza. The included breakfast buffet was decent with hot and cold choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly staff.

The staff only speaks Spanish. Even so -- they do a great job of providing a high quality of service. When in Ecuador -- take a translation book with you. This will make your trip much more enjoyable.
When you stay in old town -- do not go out at night. It is advisable to eat at the hotel and stay inside.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and were accommodating in all requests. The suite 1A was great with a nice view.
Should renew some of the rooms. I paid for a suite after seeing the room I reserved. The pre-booked room had a strange odor and the furniture was cheap, old, and worn down. The bathrooms were clean however had bad masonry work that showed stains in the cracks of the tiles. The price for the suite should include an iron and other small services in the room i.e. coffeemaker, better toiletries, etc.
